Join SC NEW ENERGY MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd as a Purchaser and play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement operations. This position requires strategic collaboration with business units to identify sourcing needs, conduct comprehensive market research, and evaluate supplier proposals. You will lead negotiations to secure favorable terms while ensuring cost-efficiency and quality standards. The ideal candidate will drive procurement initiatives that reduce operational expenses, maintain inventory control, and align with sustainability goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with department heads to define procurement requirements and specifications
- Conduct supplier research, vetting, and performance evaluations
- Manage competitive bidding processes and negotiate contracts/pricing
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement schedules
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier databases
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years in procurement or purchasing role
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Knowledge of Malaysian procurement regulations and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in CIPS or procurement is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
