Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for manufacturing materials and equipment
- Prepare purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier agreements
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time delivery systems
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing
- Collaborate with production departments to align procurement with operational schedules
- Maintain accurate procurement records and compliance documentation
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with budgetary requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and logistics operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in procurement (CPSM, CIPS) is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
