Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery coordination.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
- Resolve any supply chain issues or delays to minimize operational disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supplier sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and cost control.
