We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchaser to join the dynamic team at HOEM. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, ensuring that our engineering and manufacturing operations are supported by a reliable supply chain. You will act as the bridge between our internal departments and external vendors, driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to ensure the best quality and competitive pricing for materials.
- Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals for HOEM.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts.
- Resolving supply chain issues and managing supplier performance through regular reviews.
- Conducting market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative material sources.
- Maintaining detailed records of all transactions and supplier communications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
