In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our operational excellence by ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of essential materials and services. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with our suppliers.
As our Purchaser, you will be the backbone of our logistics and manufacturing operations. Your primary objective will be to optimize procurement processes, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure that our production lines always have the necessary components to meet our targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers to ensure high-quality material at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy.
- Track purchase orders and manage delivery schedules to prevent supply disruptions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP system regularly.
- Conduct periodic market research to stay updated on industry trends and material cost fluctuations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Self-motivated team player with high integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience with ERP or inventory management systems is highly preferred.
