Join Quest Exploration Drilling, Inc. as a Purchaser and become a critical link in our PNG operations supply chain. This role demands strategic sourcing expertise to procure materials, equipment, spare parts, and services while ensuring optimal cost-efficiency and timely delivery. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast needs, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain robust vendor relationships that drive operational excellence. The Purchaser position offers the opportunity to implement procurement best practices, manage inventory cycles, and contribute directly to our drilling projects' success through meticulous expediting and quality assurance.

- Sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, spare parts, and services for PNG operations
- Managing supplier relationships and evaluating vendor performance
- Coordinating with operations teams to forecast requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring inventory levels and optimizing procurement processes
- Preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement documentation
- Analyzing market trends and recommending cost-saving strategies
- Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing or drilling operations
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
