Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery reliability
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment
- Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement cycle
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and legal requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
