As we expand our operations in the Philippines, we are looking for a sharp, motivated, and highly organized Purchaser to join our team in Binan City, Laguna.
In this critical role, you will be the linchpin of our procurement operations. You will execute strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services. Your work will directly support our project managers and engineering teams, enabling them to maintain project schedules and meet quality standards.
Key areas of focus include:
- Sourcing for construction materials and semiconductor-grade equipment/tools.
- Evaluating supplier bids and negotiating optimal terms.
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating with logistics.
- Ensuring strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuously improving procurement processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for construction materials and semiconductor components based on price, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve maximum cost savings while maintaining high standards.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accurate documentation in the procurement system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to forecast material requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and opportunities for value improvement.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, project budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Logistics, Engineering, Finance) to optimize the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in construction, semiconductor, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
