As a key member of our operational team, you will take complete ownership of the end-to-end procurement cycle. Your core mission will be securing the best possible value for the company by sourcing high-quality suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, processing purchase orders, and rigorously tracking deliveries to keep our logistics and manufacturing schedules perfectly aligned. Beyond procurement, you will act as the central administrative powerhouse. This involves managing office inventory, coordinating critical meetings and travel, preparing essential documentation, and providing high-level support to management. Your ability to anticipate needs and streamline processes will ensure the efficiency of the entire office.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full procurement cycle for direct and indirect materials, including sourcing, price negotiation, and order placement.
  • Evaluate and select reliable suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance to build a robust supply chain.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to forecast requirements accurately.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs), delivery orders (DOs), and invoices with meticulous accuracy.
  • Maintain and update procurement and administrative records, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
  • Provide comprehensive general administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows and resolve any supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Assist in quarterly reporting, cost-saving analyses, and vendor performance evaluations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing and/or administrative role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual ability (e.g., Mandarin) to liaise with Chinese-speaking vendors is an advantage.
  • Singaporean / SPR preferred.
