Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of marine engineering parts and equipment.
- Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers to ensure consistent material quality and timely delivery.
- Review purchase requisitions and verify specifications against project requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure accurate stock management.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and track shipments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Handle incoming shipments, verifying delivery orders against invoices and purchase records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the Marine, Offshore, or Heavy Engineering sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work in the Gul Circle area (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm).
