In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities while providing essential administrative support to our project management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including generating Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Assist in project administration tasks, such as maintaining project records, filing, and scheduling meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing construction sites.
- Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to management to track spending and project progress.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth project operations.
- Handle general office administration duties to support the Purchasing and Project teams.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Procurement, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or project administration within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology and project timelines is highly desirable.
