Tanggung Jawab
- Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize project costs.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure project continuity and prevent material shortages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Conduct thorough market research and price benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy in documentation and records.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to understand material requirements and project timelines.
- Resolve any supply chain disputes, delivery discrepancies, or quality issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective vendor partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or construction procurement software.
- Deep understanding of construction material specifications and market trends in Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
