You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to streamline the purchasing process, manage inventory levels, and negotiate competitive pricing. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily procurement activities, including the issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking of order status.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and evaluate current vendor performance regarding quality, cost, and lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Verify supplier invoices against POs and delivery orders to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the procurement department in contract negotiations and annual vendor reviews.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and digital records in the company ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in procurement are encouraged to apply; previous internship experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a high level of integrity.
