Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent supply disruptions.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and supplier documentation in the ERP system.
- Track supplier performance against KPIs to ensure continuous improvement in service levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with production schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for market trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Resilient, proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
