Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chain performance.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials strictly according to detailed engineering specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely shipments to prevent production delays.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
- Review and verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices for accuracy before processing payments.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production departments to identify material requirements and specifications.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain operational continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of engineering materials, technical specifications, and industrial standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and procurement software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
