Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services
- Prepare and issue purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement documentation
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and competitive pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless material flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing/construction
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of local and international supply chain practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
