Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Coordinate with production and store departments for material requirements
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality and cost criteria
- Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate procurement records
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Implement inventory control systems to improve stock accuracy and turnover
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
