MIESCOR is currently seeking a highly motivated Purchaser (Project Hire) to join our dynamic team in Pasig City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that essential materials and services are procured efficiently and delivered on time to keep our projects running seamlessly.
As a project-based Purchaser, you will play a critical role in vendor management, purchase order lifecycle administration, and cost-optimization efforts. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and project timelines.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards for quality, cost, and lead time.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable payment terms with vendors to maximize project budget efficiency.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP system with timely transaction data.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve discrepancies related to deliveries, invoicing, or product quality.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for project management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics, preferably within a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/procurement software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a project-based setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational integrity.
