This critical role ensures seamless material flow, cost-effective sourcing, and accurate stock control to support our manufacturing operations.
You'll be responsible for strategic vendor negotiations, inventory forecasting, and implementing warehouse efficiency protocols. Your SQL proficiency will enable data-driven decisions for stock optimization and procurement analytics. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier sourcing, negotiations, and purchase order management
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution logistics
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems with SQL-driven analytics for stock optimization
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Develop procurement strategies to balance cost efficiency with material quality and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, inventory management, or warehouse operations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for inventory data analysis and reporting
- Certification in inventory management or supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent negotiation abilities and vendor relationship management experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and warehouse safety protocols
