We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing professional to join the dynamic team at Appollo Capital Holding Sdn Bhd. In this key role, you will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.

As a Purchasing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing accurate Purchase Orders (PO), recording transactions, and maintaining a robust filing system. You will act as a vital link between our internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and strict deadlines. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requisitions and budgetary guidelines.
  • Monitor the status of incoming orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all purchasing activities, including invoices, receipts, and filing.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, negotiate terms, and address delivery issues.
  • Assist in the procurement of raw materials and operational supplies necessary for production.
  • Prepare and submit regular purchasing reports to management to track spending and inventory status.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
