Tanggung Jawab
- Manage purchasing processes for all restaurant supplies, including food, beverages, and operational materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Assist with basic accounting functions, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounting within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local market suppliers and vendors in Bali is a plus.
