Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage purchasing processes for all restaurant supplies, including food, beverages, and operational materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Assist with basic accounting functions, including expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or accounting within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local market suppliers and vendors in Bali is a plus.
