Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including requisition, supplier selection, and order fulfillment
- Source and evaluate vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, inventory databases, and supplier documentation
- Collaborate with department heads to understand purchasing requirements and develop procurement strategies
- Process purchase orders, negotiate payment terms, and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering procedures to prevent shortages
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable supplier terms
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance requirements
