In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our procurement operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly through timely material acquisition and effective vendor coordination.

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will be the backbone of our procurement department, managing documentation, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory data. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantity, and delivery terms.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all supplier information and certifications are current.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track material requirements and monitor delivery schedules to prevent production delays.
  • Assist in the sourcing of new suppliers and perform periodic price comparisons to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage procurement documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, and shipping manifests, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Resolve discrepancies regarding quantity, quality, or pricing with suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and cost savings.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
