In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that we acquire the highest quality goods at the best prices. You will act as the bridge between our operations and suppliers, managing relationships, creating Purchase Orders (PO), and strictly monitoring delivery schedules to prevent any disruptions in our workflow. Furthermore, you will oversee administrative duties related to purchasing, including maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and conducting regular stock opname to verify inventory accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Create and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately based on company requirements.
- Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with logistics for timely clearance.
- Perform regular stock opname and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process purchasing invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in negotiating prices and terms with vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
