Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, prepare, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchasing records and documentation
- Conduct regular follow-ups on pending orders and delivery statuses
- Assist in vendor evaluation and relationship management
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
