Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical procurement processes including sourcing, ordering, and supplier evaluation
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and manufacturers
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory procurement standards
- Implement sustainable procurement practices to minimize environmental impact
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular audits for quality assurance
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and documentation with precise attention to detail
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement or purchasing administration
- Deep understanding of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven track record
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Supply Chain Management certification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
