Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes including vendor sourcing, negotiations, and procurement of materials/services
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize procurement cycles to minimize costs
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in purchasing and sales roles
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiarity with Malaysian statutory benefits and employment regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
