Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, from receiving purchase requisitions to finalizing delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels using ERP systems.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Process invoices and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues with vendors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure stock availability meets production demands.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or logistics role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
