Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, including generating purchase orders and tracking shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and supplier information in the internal database.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely restocking of materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery speed, and reliability.
- Handle incoming inquiries from vendors and resolve discrepancies in invoices or delivery discrepancies.
- Assist the procurement team in conducting market research to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate across regional departments.
