Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics
- Negiate contracts and pricing terms to secure optimal value for the company
- Monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality specifications
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and relationship management activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable terms
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of manufacturing procurement processes and safety standards
