Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end sourcing and purchasing of construction materials for high-rise projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Coordinate with various suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders (POs) accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and alternative materials.
- Liaise with project managers to understand material requirements and update them on procurement status.
- Verify and process incoming invoices and receipts to ensure billing accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with high-rise construction projects and knowledge of common building materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
