Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for ingredients and materials
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels for optimal supply chain management
- Collaborate with various departments to determine purchasing requirements and specifications
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities
- Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure best value for the company
- Resolve any discrepancies in orders, deliveries, or invoices
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
