Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for interior fit-out projects
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track supplier deliveries
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices for payment
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Assist in preparing regular reports on purchasing activities and budget compliance
- Support the purchasing manager in implementing cost-saving initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the interior design or construction industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and purchasing software
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
