Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, components, and services for manufacturing operations
- Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
- Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and alternative materials
- Support vendor relationship management through regular communication and performance evaluation
- Generate purchasing reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
- Assist in resolving procurement discrepancies and ensuring timely delivery of goods
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes and logistics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
