Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations and supply chain activities efficiently.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with company purchasing policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment planning, and cycle counting.
- Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts to prevent discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
