Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily purchasing activities, ensuring all procurement processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and excess holding costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular performance evaluations and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Analyze market trends and cost structures to recommend purchasing strategies that drive cost performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align purchasing plans with manufacturing schedules and delivery requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
