- Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies aligned with production schedules
- Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers through rigorous vendor assessments
- Prepare purchase orders, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to optimize procurement decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of manufacturing supply chain processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
