Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end purchasing processes, from raising purchase orders to ensuring final delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with marine suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vessel masters and port agents to organize timely ship spare parts and supply deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipment statuses to prevent operational delays.
- Verify vendor invoices and documentation to ensure accuracy for accounting records.
- Support the logistics team in resolving discrepancies in delivery schedules or product specifications.
- Update and maintain procurement databases with accurate supplier and transaction data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or shipping operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
- Knowledge of marine spare parts or ship supplies is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
