Integrate Engineers is currently seeking a dedicated Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team in the West region. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.

As our Purchasing Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for streamlining procurement workflows, managing supplier documentation, and ensuring that our operational needs are met with precision and efficiency. We offer a balanced work environment that includes a 5.5-day work week, with the added benefit of remote work (WFH) on Saturdays.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and issue timely Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers according to project requirements.
  • Perform accurate reconciliation of Delivery Orders (DO) and supplier invoices to ensure financial compliance.
  • Assist the procurement team in identifying and sourcing new suppliers to improve cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all purchasing documents and supplier contracts.
  • Handle supplier inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in shipment or documentation promptly.
  • Support the procurement manager with monthly reporting and supply chain analysis.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a purchasing or administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and reconciliation tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively during a 5.5-day work week.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
