- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs to placing purchase orders.
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, track shipments, and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including invoices, receipts, and order history.
- Analyze market trends to recommend purchasing strategies that align with company budget and needs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate incoming shipments and manage inventory levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and reporting.
