You will act as the bridge between our manufacturing requirements and our supply base, ensuring high-quality raw materials are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent manufacturing downtime.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize procurement costs.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new vendors and evaluate current supply chain performance.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies regarding invoices, shortages, or damaged shipments.
- Prepare regular procurement reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a keen ability to build vendor relationships.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot supply chain issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
