Tanggung Jawab
- Review and process purchase requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) while ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock for production.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, including performance tracking and contact information.
- Verify receipt of goods and resolve any discrepancies in invoices or shipments.
- Prepare periodic purchasing reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards in vendor dealings.
- Knowledge of food industry supply chain practices is a significant advantage.
