Tanggung Jawab
- Procure materials and supplies for all BIVMC units
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain inventory levels and track supplier performance
- Negotiate with vendors for optimal pricing and terms
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in the supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus
