Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and identifying qualified local suppliers for raw materials and packaging
- Requesting, evaluating, and comparing vendor quotations for best value
- Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Maintaining accurate vendor records and performance metrics
- Coordinating with warehouse team to ensure timely inventory replenishment
- Analyzing market trends to inform purchasing decisions
- Assisting in the development of procurement policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local supplier landscape in Metro Manila
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
