You will work closely with suppliers, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure that all documentation meets our rigorous quality and compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of purchase orders and project requirements.
- Monitor and track incoming deliveries to ensure adherence to established lead times and project schedules.
- Maintain and update procurement documentation, ensuring 100% data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external vendors to resolve delivery or quality discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, cost analysis, and project execution updates.
- Perform regular vendor performance assessments and support supply chain process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract starting immediately.
