Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage purchase orders for raw materials and packaging supplies
- Research and evaluate supplier options to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms
- Maintain accurate inventory records and purchasing documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to align procurement timelines
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Assist in preparing purchasing reports and budget analysis
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of procurement or purchasing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
