Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate suppliers for brewing materials, packaging, and other necessary supplies
- Process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
- Review purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to understand purchasing needs
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status
- Resolve any discrepancies in orders or deliveries
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes
