Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Assistant Manager in day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing and vendor coordination.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update filing systems for purchasing documents, contracts, and supplier databases.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely material procurement.
- Perform general administrative duties such as handling correspondence, office supplies procurement, and scheduling.
- Assist in data entry and preparation of routine operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between warehouse, transport, and logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or general administration is preferred; fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (professional written and verbal).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
