Additionally, we provide AWS support to enhance your productivity and efficiency in managing purchasing processes and inventory systems.
As a Purchasing cum Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, managing supplier relationships, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring accurate inventory records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to meet production demands.

Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials and equipment
- Manage purchasing processes, including creating purchase orders and negotiating contracts
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Analyze purchasing data and inventory trends to optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions and inventory data
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in purchasing and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Experience with AWS or cloud-based inventory systems is a plus
