Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely arrival of materials.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production planning to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities in the ERP system.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, quality control, and shipping documentation with vendors.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost reductions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and import/export processes.
